MAG Capital Partners buys 30,000 square foot retail facility in Kansas
MAG Capital Partners, LLC, has acquired a 30,000 square foot custom-built retail facility occupied by a growing firearms and fashion retail concept, adding to its expanding net lease portfolio.
Frontier Justice’s facility at 10000 France Family Drive in Kansas City, Kansas is located on approximately 3.29 acres at the intersection of I-435 and I-70 on the city’s bustling West Side.
Founded in 2015 by husband and wife team Mike and Bren Brown, Frontier Justice offers well-lit shooting ranges with state-of-the-art target retrieval systems, a coffee shop and concierge-style service for VIP members. . Various membership options include access to classes and events, and there’s an exclusive fashion boutique offering a range of men’s and women’s clothing, jewelry, and décor.
The property is less than 1.5 miles from major Kansas Speedway, Hollywood Casino, MLS Sporting Kansas City facilities, Kansas City Monarchs Field of Legends and minor league professional Great Wolf Lodge, and close to major retailers such as Cabela’s and Nebraska Furniture Mart.
