Michelle Ebben provides strategic advice and representation to clients involved in a range of construction, real estate and project development issues.
With over 12 years of experience, Ebben has developed his practice in the areas of real estate and construction to represent clients in real estate transactions of purchase, sale, rental, sale-leaseback; rights allocation processes and resolution of zoning and land use issues; develop and implement best practices on large-scale and expensive construction and development projects; and construction-related disputes, such as contractor and design default cases, lien claims, insurance coverage claims, and other alternative dispute resolution.
As practice group chair of Michael Best & Friedrich’s real estate team in Milwaukee, Ebben also provides support and counsel to attorneys under the real estate, construction and development and finance umbrella of projects.
Beyond her work with Michael Best, Ebben is involved in several professional organizations, serving as a board member of the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Wisconsin Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women.
